Jerry Schroeder is a 25+ year veteran of the advertising industry and has worked with some of the best performing auto dealerships, Fortune 500 companies, and hundreds of small and local businesses. In 2006, he founded enCOMPASS Advertising Agency to pursue his passion of helping others achieve their goals through intelligent, digital marketing. His belief is that strategic planning before the project, continuous research and learning throughout, and meticulous tracking and analysis overall will lead to successful business growth and fantastic client relationships. The mission statement at enCOMPASS Agency is “Great Work That Makes a Difference”. On the path to this mission enCOMPASS has achieved over 200 international awards for their work, made Inc. 5000’s Fastest Growing Companies list, and has recently been named one of Inc.’s Top Workplaces. Jerry can also be found speaking at multiple events throughout the country, teaching others how to be successful with their marketing.
